Purchase Conditions

1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules of the Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”) constitute a legal document binding upon the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online shop www.RodHF.com.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time with regard to the requirements established by legal acts. The Buyer shall be informed on the website of the online shop www.RodHF.com. When the Buyer makes purchases in the online shop www.RodHF.com, the Rules effective at the time of the submission of the order shall apply.
1.3. The following persons shall be entitled to make purchases in the online shop www.RodHF.com:
1.3.1. Legally capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not limited in the court procedure;
1.3.2. Minors aged 14 to 18 – only subject to consent from parents or guardians, except in those cases when they independently dispose of their own income;
1.3.3. Legal persons;
1.3.4. Authorised representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By acknowledging the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that the Buyer is entitled to buy goods in the online shop www.RodHF.com on the grounds of Paragraph 1.3.
1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered as concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarised himself/herself with the Seller's Rules, clicks the button “Confirm order” (see Paragraph 5 “Goods ordering, prices, payment procedure and terms”).
1.6. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored in the online shop www.RodHF.com.

2. Protection of personal data
 2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online shop www.RodHF.com as follows:
2.1.1. With registration in the online shop www.RodHF.com – entering the data requested in the registration form;
2.1.2. Without registration in the online shop www.RodHF.com.
2.2. When ordering goods as provided for in Paragraph 2.1 of the Rules, in the respective information fields presented by the Seller, the Buyer must indicate the following personal data of the Buyer required for the proper fulfilment of the order for the goods: name, surname, goods delivery address, phone number, and e-mail address. Prior to sending the first order, we always contact our clients.
2.3. By acknowledging these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided for in Paragraph 2.2 be processed in the goods and service online shop www.RodHF.com for the purposes of the Seller's business analysis and direct marketing.
2.4. By giving consent to the processing of the personal data of the Buyer in the Seller's goods and service online shop www.RodHF.com, the Buyer also agrees that information notices necessary for the fulfilment of the order be sent by the e-mail address and telephone number indicated by the Buyer.
2.5. When registering in the online shop www.RodHF.com and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to protect login data and not to disclose them to any third party.

3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer has the right to buy goods in the online shop www.RodHF.com in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and other information sections of the online shop www.RodHF.com.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement on the purchase and sale of goods with the online shop www.RodHF.com upon written notice to the Seller (by e-mail, with indication of the item of the goods to be returned and its order number) not later that within 14 (fourteen) working days from the product delivery date, except for cases when the agreement may not be withdrawn from according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. The Buyer is entitled to exercise the right provided for in Paragraph 3.2 only in case when the item of the goods was not damaged or its colour has not changed essentially, and also it has not been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and to pay for them the agreed price.
3.5. In case of change of the data provided in the registration form of the Buyer, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to any third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, he must inform the Seller to that effect immediately by the means of communication indicated in the section “Contacts”.
3.7. By using the online shop www.RodHF.com, the Buyer agrees with these Rules of the Purchase and Sale of Goods and undertakes to adhere to them and not to infringe the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Rights and obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online shop www.RodHF.com.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to apply effort in ensuring conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online shop www.RodHF.com. The Seller does not provide any guarantees that the online shop will operate without interruption.
4.3. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability and security of the operation of the Seller's online shop www.RodHF.com or infringes his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend, immediately and without notice, the Buyer's possibility to use the online shop www.RodHF.com or, in exceptional cases, to cancel the registration of the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right of privacy to the personal information owned by the Buyer and indicated in the registration form of the online shop www.RodHF.com.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller has the right to unilaterally modify these Rules by publishing them on the website of the online shop. The modifications shall enter into force from the moment of publication for all transactions to be concluded after publication.
4.7. The Seller shall have other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Ordering the goods, prices, payment procedure and terms
5.1. In the online shop www.RodHF.com, the Buyer can make purchases round the clock, 7 days a week.
5.2. The agreement shall enter into force from the moment when the Buyer clicks the button “Order” and the Seller, upon receipt of the order, confirms it – sends a confirmation letter by the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer.
5.3. In the order formed in the online shop www.RodHF.com, the prices of the goods are shown in euros, including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer shall pay for the goods by one of the following methods:
5.4.1. Cash payment at the time of the collection of the goods in the store – you will pay in cash when collecting the goods ordered by you from our store.
5.4.1. Payment via e-banking – advance payment using the e-banking system used by the Buyer. If you choose this payment method, you will be directed to the system of our partners EVP International, UAB – in that system, you will select the bank whose services you use and will be able to make a transfer upon logging in to your bank account. If the Buyer wishes to use this payment method, he must have an e-banking agreement with a bank. The Buyer shall transfer money to the settlement account of the online shop www.RodHF.com. In this case, responsibility for the security of data is borne by the respective bank because all monetary transactions take place in the bank's e-banking system.
5.4.2. Payment by bank transfer – advance payment when the Buyer, having printed out the order and visited a nearby bank unit or logged in to his bank account, transfers money to the account of the online shop www.RodHF.com.
5.5. The Buyer must confirm the payment order in the Buyer's online bank referred to by the link in the online shop (in case when the Seller has a respective agreement with the Buyer's bank) or make payment from any other bank and e-mail the Seller a notice of payment by the address info@rodhf.com not later than within 24 hours from clicking the button “Order”. If the payment order is not confirmed or if the Seller is not e-mailed a separate notice of payment within this time limit, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has withdrawn from the purchase and sale agreement. The goods selected by the Buyer shall be reserved and the Seller shall proceed with the execution of the purchase and sale agreement only when the Seller receives a notice of payment for the selected goods from the Buyer's bank or from the Buyer.
5.6. The batching of the goods parcel shall be started and the goods delivery period shall be considered to have commenced only upon receipt of payment for the goods.

6. Delivery of goods
6.1. If the Buyer selects the delivery service at the time of ordering, the Buyer shall undertake to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally. In case the Buyer is unable to receive the goods personally and the goods have been delivered to the indicated address, the Buyer does not have the right to make any claims to the Seller in respect of the delivery of the goods to an improper entity.
6.3. The goods shall be delivered by the Seller or authorised representative (courier) of the Seller.
6.4. The Seller shall deliver the goods in accordance within the time limits specified in the descriptions of the goods. These time limits are preliminary. Also, they shall not apply in cases when the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the lack of the ordered goods. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and to coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for failing to meet the time limits for delivery of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered non-timely through the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
6.6. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the parcel has been delivered in creased or otherwise damaged packaging, if non-ordered goods or improper quantity of the goods are delivered in the parcel, or the parcel is incomplete.
6.7. In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage of the packaging at the time of delivery, the Buyer must enter remarks in the parcel delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate statement concerning that damage. The Buyer must perform these actions in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not performed, the Seller shall be released from responsibility to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging which was not marked by the Buyer in the courier's delivery documents.
6.8. Normally, goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within 2-21 working days from receipt of payment for the goods and transportation of the goods provided that the goods are available at the Seller's warehouses. The Seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the time limits indicated in the previous sentence in all cases, especially when the ordered goods are not available at the Seller's warehouses. The goods are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Curonian Spit (an additional charge applies). The goods are also delivered beyond the boundaries of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Quality and warranty of the goods
7.1. The data of each item of the goods sold in the online shop www.RodHF.com are commonly indicated in the description of the goods provided against each item of the goods.
7.2. The Seller shall not be responsible when the colour, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online shop www.RodHF.com may be inconsistent with the real size, shape, and colour of the goods due to the specifics of the computer monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller provides a quality warranty with a certain effective period to certain types of goods. The specific duration and other conditions of the warranty shall be indicated in the descriptions of such goods.
7.4. If the Seller does not provide a warranty to certain types of goods, the warranty provided for by legal acts shall apply.

8. Return and replacement of goods.
8.1. Deficiencies of goods sold shall be eliminated and goods failing to meet quality requirements shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, except for cases when the agreement may not be withdrawn from according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (when the agreement is concluded, for example, on the sale of hygiene goods – bedding accessories; for further information, refer to the website of the Public Institution Vartotojų Centras, Ne maisto prekių grąžinimo ir keitimo ypatumai (Specifics of the return and replacement of goods)). In all cases, money for received goods shall be transferred only to the bank account of the payer.
8.2. If the Buyer wishes to return an item (items) of goods on the grounds of Paragraph 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, upon informing the Seller by the means of communication indicated in the contacts section, with indication of the name of the goods being returned, order number, and reason for return.
8.3. When the Buyer returns goods, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The goods being returned must be in the original orderly packaging;
8.3.2. The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The goods must be unused and preserve their marketable appearance (undamaged labels, non-detached protective film, and so on) (this point shall not apply when goods failing to meet quality requirements are returned);
8.3.4. The goods being returned must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
8.3.5. When returning goods, the goods purchase document must be presented.
8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods being returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to adhere to the goods return procedure established in Clause 8.3.
8.5. In case of return of received wrong goods and/or goods failing to meet quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and to replace them with similar suitable goods.
8.6. In case the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid, exclusive of the delivery cost, shall be repaid to the Buyer.

9. Responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller.
9.1. The Buyer shall be fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide precise personal data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such failure and shall acquire the right to require compensation from the Buyer for direct damages incurred.
9.2. The Buyer shall bear responsibility for the actions performed using this online shop www.RodHF.com.
9.3. Having registered, the Buyer shall bear responsibility for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the online shop www.RodHF.com having logged in to the online shop www.RodHF.com using the login data of the Buyer, the Seller shall consider that person to be the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller shall be released from any responsibility in those cases when damages result from the Buyer's failure to familiarise himself with these Rules, irrespective of the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, although he was provided with such a possibility.
9.5. If the Seller's online shop www.RodHF.com contains links to websites of other enterprises, institutions, organisations, or persons, the Seller shall not be responsible for information contained or activities carried out there, does not review or control their websites, and does not represent those enterprises or persons.
9.6. If damage occurs, the defaulting Party shall compensate the other Party for direct damages.

10. Marketing and information.
10.1. The Seller may initiate various campaigns in the online shop www.RodHF.com at his own discretion.
10.2. The Seller has the right to change the conditions of the campaigns unilaterally, without a separate notice, as well as to cancel such campaigns. Any change of the conditions and procedure of the campaigns shall be effective only prospectively, i.e. from the moment of their execution.
10.3. The Seller shall send all notices by the means of communication indicated in the registration form of the Buyer.
10.4. The Buyer shall send all notices and queries by the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses indicated in the section “Contacts” of the Seller's online shop www.RodHF.com.
10.5. The Seller shall not bear responsibility if the Buyer does not receive dispatched information or confirmation notices due to interruptions in internet communication or e-mail service providers' networks.

11. Closing provisions.
11.1. These Rules of the Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disagreements that arose in respect of the execution of these Rules shall be resolved by means of negotiations. In case of failure to reach agreement, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
